Peter Sproston Joins GTC Advisory Board

Toronto Canada, January 09, 2006 - Globaltrade Corporation (GTC) has announced today that Peter Sproston, BSc (Hons) ACIB MIEx (Grad), formerly Head of the Trade Finance Department for Marc Rich & Co Investment AG, has joined its Advisory Board.

Peter will assist GTC in new product development of its existing @GlobalTrade Platform specifically for those corporates and financial institutions in Europe. Prior to his role with Marc Rich & Co Investment AG, Peter served as Head of the Trade Finance Department at Glencore International AG, Assistant Vice President at Bank Hofmann AG (formerly BHE), and as a Documentary Credit Specialist at UBS.
